Stewarding (Kitchen Worker) is responsible for supporting kitchen operations by washing, cleaning, and organizing equipment, dishes and utensils. The Kitchen Worker will also assist with banquet setup, teardown, and dish transport.

Casino Cage Cashier is responsible for chip, ticket, cash and check transactions in the casino cage. Other responsibilities include balancing of various bank drawers within the Cage/Credit area, maintaining accuracy throughout all phases of the balancing process, and maintaining confidentiality of casino cage transactions.

Inventory Control will support the inventory control manager and cost accountant with tracking and appropriately reporting food & beverage inventory. Inventory control areas include dry goods, refrigerators and freezers, and beverage stocks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
