Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- The Resort Group Dining Manager is responsible for sales, contracting and execution of restaurant events, catering to internal referrals and incoming calls, maintaining and updating sales and kits & menus, creating and distributing Banquet Event Orders, maintaining deposits and recording financials for events.
- This position is direct liaison from restaurant events to Restaurant Chefs and operational general managers and will work with them to maintain appropriate menu pricing to achieve sales goal and meet Chef expectations.
- They will also accessible face of restaurant events available to hosts with in restaurant spaces and must available to greet event host at rotating restaurant locations at least three times a week.
Qualifications
- Must be knowledgeable with Delphi, Guest Bridge & Avero
- Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner. 2nd language a plus.
- Previous work experience in an F&B management role in a high-end, luxury environment is preferred.
- Experience with multi-line phone system a plus.
- Must be computer literate, including MS Office and Outlook.
- Requires the ability to follow directions and work efficiently within a team environment
